Based in Azusa, California, the company has strong intellectual property portfolio developed by Caltech and CNRS, the French National Research Center.

CFX Battery Inc. was founded in June of 2007. Series A funding was completed by noteworthy investors.

The company has a state of the art headquarters. With 16,000 sq. ft head office, R&D and manufacturing Facility. This includes a 1350 sq. ft. dryroom.

Currently strategic initiatives include expanding the management team and establishing global partners and strategic alliances to accelerate business development and the achievement of milestones and goals.
