CFX Battery, Inc. Inaugurates State-of-the-Art Facility in Azusa, California, Bringing New Jobs and Advanced Battery Technology to the Area

Azusa, California- CFX Battery, Inc. held a ribbon-cutting ceremony at its new 16,000 ft2 facility on Tuesday, December 9, at 4:00pm. The recently completed facility includes laboratories and offices, as well as a 1,350 ft2 dry room, which will allow the safe and efficient research and assembly of the company’s advanced lithium primary and rechargeable batteries.

Speakers at the ceremony included Co-Founder and Director, Dr. Rachid Yazami, Chairman and Director, Maurice Gunderson, Chief Executive Officer and Director, T. Joseph Fisher, III.

Additional honored guests included Mr. David Martinon, Consul General of France in Los Angeles, Irwindale Mayor Larry G. Burrola, who presided over the ribbon cutting, and Ms. Laura Jimenez representing Assemblymember Ed Hernandez. Ms. Jimenez presented a certificate to executives of CFX Battery.
